Samsung Malaysia just revealed the local pricing of the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. Retailing from RM5,099, its starting price is slightly higher compared to the previous model, the Galaxy S21 Ultra.
Three different variants of the S22 Ultra are offered in Malaysia. The base model with 128GB of storage and 8GB RAM costs RM5,099, while the mid-tier 256GB configuration with 12GB of RAM goes for RM5,499. The range-topping 512GB variant (also with 12GB of RAM), on the other hand, is priced at RM5,899.
This flagship phone will be available for purchase in Malaysia from 10 February onwards.
Compared to its predecessor, the S22 Ultra is priced slightly higher. The 128GB variant of the S21 Ultra, for one, was priced at RM4,999 – that’s RM100 less. The 256GB and 512GB models, on the other hand, went for RM5,299 (RM200 less) and RM5,899 (the exact same price).
Of course, given all the upgrades you’re getting with the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra – including the much loved S Pen and a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset – this price difference makes sense.
