The Vivo V23 5G has just been launched in Malaysia. Sporting a “colour-changing” back panel and two front-facing cameras, this is certainly a selfie-centric phone with a unique design.

Only one variant of the V23 is available in Malaysia. Retailing at RM2,099, it is packed with 256GBG of storage and 12GB of RAM. Two colours are offered: Sunshine Gold and Stardust Black.

One of the most unique features of the V23 has to be its aforementioned colour-changing rear panel, which changes shade under direct sunlight. There are also the phone’s two selfie cameras: a 50MP primary shooter, and a wider 8MP sensor for group selfies.

Other specifications of the V23 include a MediaTek Dimensity 920 chipset, a 6.44-inch 2400 x 1080 AMOLED screen with a 90Hz refresh rate, a triple camera system (50MP primary + 8 ultra-wide angle + 2MP macro), and a 4,200mAh battery with support for 44W fast charging.

The Vivo V23 5G is now available for purchase in Malaysia through Vivo’s e-store, Shopee, or Lazada for RM2,099. Those who place their orders by 16 January will receive RM668 worth of freebies, and those who get the V23 between 17 January to 14 February will get RM558 worth of gifts instead.
