Edaran Tan Chong Motor (ETCM) and Tan Chong Ekspres Auto Servis (TCEAS) just announced the Nissan flood relief assistance programme. If your Nissan car was affected by the floods, you can get discount on parts, labour, along with free towing service.

ETCM is offering a 20% discount on parts and labour charges to “help alleviate financial burden for Nissan owners whose vehicles are affected,” as the company puts it. You can also get free door-to-door towing to get your car to the nearest service centre.

Interestingly, you can also get a upholstery restoration service at a special rate from ETCM; this isn’t something offered by other carmakers yet in their respective flood relief efforts. Anyway, the service starts at RM1,655 nett for sedans and RM1,988 nett for SUVs, MPVs, vans, and pick-up trucks.

If you can’t quite foot the bill in one payment, you can opt for an Easy Payment Plan up to 12 months on the total bill; a 6-month or 10,000km mileage warranty is also given for genuine replacement parts.
