If you have any Samsung products that were damaged in the recent floods, Samsung Malaysia’s flood relief programme is here to help you get your appliances up and running again. Through this programme, you can get free on-time cleaning and inspection for your Samsung products.

Of course, if the affected products can be repaired, labour costs to perform the repair will be waived by Samsung Malaysia, though this is subject to the availability of spare parts. On top of that, this offer is only valid for products with water damage caused by the floods.

To arrange for an appointment to get your Samsung products sent in for repair, you can contact 1800-88-9999. Alternatively, you can even use the live chat function in the Samsung Members app. In order to be eligible for the Samsung flood relief programme, you have to send in your affected products by 31 January 2022.
