Vivo V23e Series Lands in Malaysia From RM1,399
December 9, 2021 Andrew Cheng

Vivo just launched two new smartphones in Malaysia, the Vivo V23e and Vivo V23e 5G. If you’re looking for a thin, budget-friendly (and selfie-centric) device, these two smartphones are worth considering.

Out of the two phones, the V23e (128GB + 8GB) is naturally the more affordable option with a RM1,399 price tag. As for the V23e 5G, it retails at RM1,599 with the same storage and RAM capacities.

Given its slightly higher price, the V23e 5G is naturally better-equipped. It features a 5G-capable MediaTek Dimensity 810 processor, a 6.44-inch 2400 x 1080 AMOLED display, a triple camera system (50MP primary + 8MP ultra-wide + 2MP macro), a 44MP selfie camera, and a 4,050mAh battery with support for 44W fast charging.

As for the regular V23e, it has almost the same hardware, though it comes with a MediaTek G96 processor instead with 4G connectivity. It also has a different 64MP primary camera, as well as a 50MP selfie shooter.

The Vivo V23e and Vivo V23e 5G are now available for pre-order in Malaysia until 17 December 2021. Those who purchase either phones in this time period will get RM559 (V23e 5G) or RM459 (V23e) worth of free gifts.
