HMD Teases New Nokia Tablet for Malaysian Market – Nokia T20?
December 2, 2021 Andrew Cheng

It appears HMD Global will be bringing in a new Nokia-branded tablet to the Malaysian market soon. The company’s Malaysian Instagram account just posted a teaser of the tablet, which is likely the Nokia T20. It’s the first tablet to carry the Nokia branding since HMD took over the brand.

We’re confident this is the Nokia T20 because it’s the exact same teaser image shared by HMD global before the tablet was unveiled. You can refer to the posts by Nokia Mobile Malaysia and Nokia Mobile global below:

Naturally, the affordable nature of the T20 is its best selling point: it retails from only $250 in the US, which comes up to about RM1,055. For that kind of money, you’re getting a modest Android tablet powered by a Unisoc Tiger T610 processor.

Other specifications of the T20 include a 10.4-inch 2000 x 1200 IPS display, up to 4GB of RAM and 64GB of expandable storage, an 8MP rear camera, a 5MP selfie shooter, as well as a 8,200mAh battery with support for 15W charging.

No word yet on when the Nokia T20 will be introduced in Malaysia, though we reckon it will be happening soon. Rest assured, we will keep a close eye on the local availability of the affordable Android tablet.
