The third-generation AirPods with a brand new design – though they looks very similar to the AirPods Pro – are now available here in Malaysia for RM829. What sets the wireless earbuds apart from its predecessor is support for spatial audio, along with a slew of other improvements, such as water resistance.

Design wise, the new AirPods look very much like the Pro model, thanks to the shorter stems. These wireless earbuds also get the same “force sensor” controls as the AirPods Pro for media control, along with an IPX4 water resistance rating for the earbuds themselves and the charging case.

Speaking of which, the charging case now supports wireless charging as well, and it can stretch the 6 hours battery life of the updated AirPods to 30 hours. As for Spatial Audio, you can enjoy this feature – much like the AirPods Pro – in Apple Music and Apple TV (complete with dynamic head tracking) across Apple devices.

The third-generation AirPods are now available for purchase in Malaysia for RM829 on Apple’s Malaysian online store. You can also head to your nearest Apple reseller to get these new wireless earbuds.
