Seems like we’re getting a few notable leaks regarding the 2022 Perodua Myvi facelift ahead of its launch tomorrow. This time around, it’s an alleged spec sheet of the new B-segment hatchback, which confirms the use of D-CVT – the same transmission found in the Perodua Ativa.
This supposed spec sheet of the Myvi facelift was shared by Optizorb on Lowyat.NET’s forum. Thanks to the new D-CVT gearbox, the quoted fuel consumption of the hatchback improved slightly. The 1.3L models have an impressive figure of 22.2km per litre, while the more powerful 1.5L variants can do 21.1km per litre; still quite respectable.
As expected, DRLs on the new Myvi are reserved for the higher-end H and AV trims, while the latter gets all the bells and whistles. These include the full suite of Perodua Smart Drive Assist (PSDA), reverse camera, leather seats, and even an integrated dashcam.
Of course, given that this alleged spec sheet of the facelifted Myvi did not come directly from Perodua, there is a chance it is inaccurate. Nonetheless, it certainly lines up with expectations, so we wouldn’t be surprised if this is the finalised spec sheet.
