The upcoming 2022 Perodua Myvi facelift has been spotted yet again, this time on a trailer. Chances are, these units are heading to Perodua showrooms ahead of the new Myvi’s official launch.
This video of the Myvi facelift was first shared on The Ajerul’s Facebook page; it was sent by Amir Zaheen Minhaj. We only got rear and side views of the updated B-segment hatchback in the video, showcasing the new lower bumper – with a lot more empty space now – and the same 15-inch alloy wheels as the current model.
Set to retail from RM45,700 to RM58,800 – which should be without sales tax exemption, given that it’s been extended to 30 June 2022 – the updated Myvi is slightly more costly now. For the sake of comparison, the current Myvi retails from RM41,292 to RM52,697.
No word yet on exactly when the facelift Myvi will be launched, but given that it is on the way to showrooms already, there’s a good chance the hatchback will be launched in the very near future; perhaps sometime next week.
