Huawei’s latest laptop, the Huawei MateBook 14s, has just been launched in Malaysia. Sporting a modern-looking design with very small screen bezels – and a thin, lightweight chassis – it’s certainly a premium productivity-focused laptop.
Two variants of the MateBook 14s are offered in Malaysia. The base model with an Intel Core i5-11300H processor, 8GB of RAM, and 512GB of SSD storage retails at RM4,999, while the higher-end configuration with a Core i7-11370H processor with double the RAM and SSD storage (16GB + 1TB) goes for RM6,699.
For that kind of money, the MateBook 14s features a 14.2-inch 2520 x 1680 LTPS display with a 3:2 aspect ratio – and a 90Hz refresh rate – Intel Iris Xe integrated graphics, a 16.7mm thin chassis that weighs 1.43kg, and a 60Wh battery with support for 90W fast charging.
The Huawei MateBook 14s is now available for pre-order in Malaysia until 6 November 2021. You can place an order for the premium laptop on Huawei’s own online store, Shopee, or Lazada.
