We spotted the Samsung Galaxy A03s in SIRIM’s database just last week, and Samsung Malaysia just announced today that the phone is now available in Malaysia. If you’re looking to get a budget-friendly smartphone, the A03s fits the bill.

Only one variant of the Galaxy A03s is offered in Malaysia; the company isn’t bringing in the base 32GB model. Anyway, the 64GB configuration of this phone with 4GB of RAM retails at only RM559. If you need more storage space, you can use the microSD card slot.

One of the best selling points of the Galaxy A03s has to be its large 5,000mAh battery, which should be able to return above average battery life. Aside from that, it’s also powered by a MediaTek Helio P35 processor. It’s not a particularly impressive chip, but this is an affordable phone – the chip should still be fast enough for everyday use.

Other specifications of the Galaxy A03s include a 6.5-inch 1600 x 620 display, a triple camera system (16MP primary + 2MP macro + 2MP depth), a 5MP selfie camera, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and Android 11 out of the box.
