Malaysian pre-orders of the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 series have been revealed by Samsung Malaysia. Those who pre-order the standard Galaxy Watch 4 or Galaxy Watch 4 Classic between 19 August to 21 September will get up to RM250 voucher too.
Let’s start with the more affordable Galaxy Watch 4. The 40mm model costs RM899, while the bigger 44mm variant retails at RM999; both of them are the Bluetooth versions. Every pre-order of this smartwatch will also come with a RM150 e-voucher to be used on Samsung Malaysia’s online store.

As for the bigger Galaxy Watch 4 Classic, the 42mm and 46mm models of the smartwatch – both are Bluetooth-only too – go for RM1,299 and RM1,399 respectively. Given the slightly higher asking prices, pre-orders of this smartwatch will come with a RM250 e-voucher instead.
One of the biggest new features of the Galaxy Watch 4 series is the ability to measure a user’s body composition. This smartwatch can give you vital details like skeletal muscle, fat mass, body fat, BMI, and even your body water. Samsung even said that these measurements are up to 98% accurate.
Other specifications of the Galaxy Watch 4 series include a new Exynos W920 5nm processor that promises up to 20% faster CPU, a 1.19-inch or 1.36-inch circular display – depending on which size of the smartwatch you get – 1.5GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, as well as a 361mAh or 247mAh battery – again, dependent on the size of the watch.
To recap, Malaysian pre-orders of the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 series will start from 19 August until 21 September 2021. It remains to be seen if the LTE models will also be introduced here in the future.
