Asus just introduced the latest Asus ExpertBook B9 (B9400) laptop in Malaysia. Sporting a chassis that weighs merely 880g, it is touted as the world’s lightest 14-inch business laptop.

Only one variant of the ExpertBook B9 is available in Malaysia. Retailing at RM7,989, the sole configuration features Intel’s latest 11th generation Core i7-1165G7 processor paired with 16GB of RAM, a generous 1TB SSD, integrated Intel Iris Xe GPU, as well as Windows 10 Pro out of the box.

Aside from that, the ExpertBook B9 also has a 14-inch 1920 x 1080 “NanoEdge” anti-glare display with very minimal bezels, giving the business-centric laptop a pretty sleek, modern-looking design. After all, it has an impressive 94% screen-to-body ratio.

As mentioned, one of the best selling points of the ExpertBook B9 has to be its very lightweight chassis. Tipping the scales at only 880g with a 14.9mm thin chassis, this is undoubtedly a very portable laptop – perfect for those who are always on the go.

The Asus ExpertBook B9 (B9400) will be available for purchase in Malaysia from the middle of August 2021 onwards. To recap, the thin and light business laptop retails at RM7,989 locally.
