Logitech G Pro X Superlight Gaming Mouse Weighs Only 60g for $150
November 19, 2020 Andrew Cheng

Logitech just released a new wireless gaming mouse, and it’s extremely lightweight. Weighing just 63g, the Logitech G Pro X Superlight is even lighter than Logitech’s other high-end gaming mouse, the G Pro Wireless. Of course, such a lightweight mouse does demand a higher asking price.

For the US market, the G Pro X Superlight retails at $150, which comes up to about RM615. For the sake of comparison, the G Pro Wireless costs $130 (approximately RM530) there. Without a doubt the Superlight is a costly gaming mouse, though you do get some impressive features for that kind of money.

For starters, even though the Superlight weighs 63g, you can actually remove the magnetic plate on the bottom of the mouse to reduce the weight to merely 60g. It also has much larger “zero-additive” PTFE feet for a smoother glide, not to mention up to 70 hours of battery life on a single charge.

But compared to the G Pro Wireless, the G Pro X Superlight does exclude a number of features. It doesn’t have as much LED lighting, the DPI button on the bottom of the mouse has been removed, and despite its ambidextrous shape, it no longer has the modular, removable buttons on the right side of the mouse for left-handed gamers.

On the bright side, the Superlight does use the same sensor as the G Pro Wireless, so you can expect to get the same level of performance.

The Logitech G Pro X Superlight will be available for purchase in the US from 3 December onwards. Malaysian availability of the wireless gaming mouse has not been revealed yet, but given that Logitech’s range of peripherals are usually available here, we expect the Superlight to arrive on our shores eventually.
