Logitech makes some of the best mice in the market, and its range of MX mice are particularly well-liked by consumers. If you’re in the market for a new compact wireless mouse, consider the Logitech MX Anywhere 3, which has just landed in Malaysia.
For the Malaysian market, the MX Anywhere 3 retails at RM399. It’s worth noting that there are actually two variants of the compact mouse, though the difference between the two is very minor. The standard model comes with a USB-C to USB-A cable, while the “MX Anywhere 3 for Mac” is packaged with a USB-C to USB-C cable instead.
Aside from that, it’s worth noting that the Mac version is only offered in Pale Grey, while the regular model is available in two additional shades: Graphite and Rose.
One of the biggest upgrades the MX Anywhere 3 received is the new MagSpeed scroll wheel; the very same one that was first introduced on the MX Master 3. The scroll wheel is made out of machined steel, and it employs an electromagnetic scrolling system that lets you easily switch between ratchet or “hyper-fast” mode for a resistance-free scrolling experience.
Of course, since the MX Anywhere series is basically the downsized version of the MX Master mice, the MX Anywhere 3 is designed to be a compact mouse. Now, despite its smaller footprint, Logitech says that this mouse will still be comfortable to use for hours. On top of that, it also offers up to 70 days of battery life on a single charge.
The Logitech MX Anywhere 3 will be available for purchase on Logitech.com and retail stores in Malaysia from 24 November onwards for RM399. The Mac version, on the other hand, will be released sometime in the near future. It’s worth noting that the regular MX Anywhere 3 will still work with macOS and iPadOS, so it’s not entirely necessary to wait for the Mac version.
