The Huawei MateBook X Pro has been launched in Malaysia. Powered by the latest Intel Core Ultra chips, the premium laptop is also very thin and light, tipping the scales at only 908g with a 13.5mm thin chassis.

Two variants of the MateBook X Pro are offered in Malaysia. The base Core Ultra 7 model with 16GB RAM and 1TB SSD is priced at RM8,999, while the higher-end Core Ultra 9 configuration with 32GB RAM and 2TB SSD goes for RM10,999.

Besides its thin, lightweight design, the MateBook X Pro also features a 14.2-inch 3120 x 2080 OLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and 3:2 aspect ratio. The latter makes it ideal for productivity tasks, and it’s worth noting that the display is also touch-enabled.

The Huawei MateBook X Pro is now available for pre-order in Malaysia until 24 May for RM8,999 and RM10,999 for the Core Ultra 7 and Core Ultra 9 models respectively. Every pre-order will come freebies worth up to RM4,582 as well, which include a Huawei MatePad 11 PaperMatte Edition tablet bundled with the keyboard case and Huawei M-Pencil.
